Delivery
The delivery of John Steel, it ensures, according to your or your needs, there is an adapted solution :
- Boosted delivery: D+3 working days in mainland France (paying option)
- Classic delivery: D+8 working days in mainland France (option included)
- Eco delivery: D+15 working days in mainland France (option generating an immediate -5% discount on your order)
PS : We do not ship to overseas territories (DROM-COM). For all shipments outside France, a minimum of 2 additional days may be required for Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark, and Finland.

Charter fees
These charges apply when your order exceeds our usual delivery standards. Due to the specificities of your shipment, a suitable mode of transport is required, involving different logistical means.
Fees are calculated based on two main criteria :

Transporters
We have chosen TNT and GEODIS to ensure the best delivery conditions:
- When validating your order, you can enter up to 2 addresses: your home address for billing and another address for delivery (or the reverse, anything is possible)
- Your order is given to the carrier and, depending on the delivery option you choose, all you have to do is wait to be delivered.
- The driver comes to the address indicated by you, and gives you your order against signature. (or an autograph, it's up to you).
