John Steel's delivery ensures, depending on your needs, there is a suitable solution:

  1. Boosted shipping: J+3 business days in France (paid option for express cutting + free shipping*)
  2. Classic shipping: J+8 business days in France (price according to carrier and destination)
  3. Classic shipping: J+15 business days in France (for any order requiring folding)

PS: We do not ship overseas (Drom-Com). For all shipments outside France, a minimum of 2 additional days may be required in Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark & Finland.

*Freight charges

These charges apply when your order exceeds our usual delivery standards. Due to the specificities of your shipment, an adapted transport mode is required, involving different logistical means.

The charges are calculated based on two main criteria:

Fixed charges

> 1800 mm and > 30 kg 540 €
> 2100 x 800 mm 540 €

We have chosen the carriers TNT and GEODIS to ensure you the best delivery conditions:

  1. When validating your order, you can enter up to 2 addresses, your home for billing and another address for delivery. (or vice versa, anything is possible)
  2. Your order is handed over to the carrier and depending on the delivery option chosen, you just have to wait to be delivered.
  3. The driver goes to the address indicated by you and delivers your order against signature. (or an autograph, up to you to see)

Important: Make sure the delivery is in good condition! In case of observed or suspected damage, it is up to you to issue reservations to the deliverer.
