Why choose a raw steel Z profile?
The raw steel Z profile, or sliding channel, is a precision profile used to create guide rails or holding frames. Its unique geometry allows for the insertion and sliding of panels, glass, or other structural elements with great stability.
Guidance and structural support
This profile is essential for manufacturing sliding door tracks, industrial window frames, hatch slides, or shelving supports. Its strength ensures a firm and durable hold, even under vibration or repeated loads.
Use & finishing tips
Raw steel allows for highly resistant welded assembly. To ensure smooth sliding, we recommend lubricating the inside of the channel. Like all raw steel, anti-corrosion protection (paint or varnish) is recommended for use in humid environments.
