Why not anti-fingerprint aluminum for your project 🧐 ?

Today I’m going to talk to you about anodized scratch-resistant aluminum! Yes, you read that right, with this metal, no more fingerprint and water marks in your kitchen, bathroom furniture, or living space. Ideal for creating a metal kitchen splashback, scratch-resistant aluminum is a real cleaning ally 😂. But what exactly makes it scratch-resistant and what does it look like exactly? What is scratch-resistant aluminum?

Like all types of aluminum, it is super light and aesthetically similar to brushed stainless steel. But where it is completely different is in its composition, which allows it to avoid many marks. Indeed, the anodization of this metal is the key to its success, thanks to this thin anodic oxide layer that transforms its composition to give it better resistance to wear, corrosion, and heat. Basically, this anodization is the superpower of scratch-resistant aluminum!

What use of anodized scratch-resistant aluminum?

Realization no.1: aluminum splashback

Marie wants a custom splashback to place behind her bathroom basin. She was hesitating between brushed stainless steel and scratch-resistant aluminum. I advised her to choose the aluminum, which thanks to its anodization doesn’t retain fingerprints and resists corrosion, abrasion, and neutral detergents. Its cleaning is less demanding than brushed stainless steel, it’s THE solution for your bathroom!

Realization no.2: aluminum board

Yoann, our handyman Steelster, also ordered a scratch-resistant aluminum plate. But not to make a splashback! For him, his thing is shooting, he made a board to display his results.

Well done Yoann, no more fingerprints between shooting sessions! 🔫

Realization no.3: aluminum protection for bathroom

And finally, back to a room in your daily life: the kitchen. This time our Steelster Laetitia created a beautiful aluminum splashback to protect the wall behind her kitchen countertop. Tomato sauce marks better be careful because this aluminum won’t let anything stick!

Bonjour,

Je suis à la recherche d'un panneau alu/Inox brossé aux dimensions suivantes ; 3m de long sur 2.20 de hauteur. Ce panneau étant destiné à l'aménagement d'un bureau de direction et sera utilisé en tant que tableau, il faut donc que nous soyons en mesure d'écrire/effacer

On ne peut malheureusement pas vous aider, le format maximal de nos plaques étant de 3 mètres sur 1 mètre 50.
