You can pay for your custom metal orders on our online shop using the following methods:
- Credit or Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via the Stripe secure payment solution
- Google Pay, Apple Pay, or your PayPal account balance via the PayPal solution
- Bank transfer via Fintecture
- Pay in 3 interest-free instalments with our partner Scalapay
Payment Terms and Methods
The total amount of your order includes the purchase price of your custom-cut products and delivery charges.
You must provide your payment details when placing your order. By doing so, you confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours.
All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer refuses to authorise payment, we will be unable to accept your order.
In such cases, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your card issuer or bank in connection with the payment of your order.
